Who can participate in the JumpStart Program?

Any high school Senior is eligible to participate. If you want to join, find your High School and connect with your SRJC High School Outreach Liaison for questions, assistance, or support.

I am not a Senior in high school. Can I participate in the JumpStart Program?

Unfortunately, JumpStart is exclusively designed for high school seniors. But, don't worry – You can still enroll in SRJC classes through our Dual Enrollment Program.

My high school doesn't participate in the JumpStart Program. Can I still participate?

Absolutely! Students can complete the Steps to Success even without being part of JumpStart. If you need guidance through these steps, please contact an SRJC High School Outreach Liaison and they will be more than happy to assist you.

Why is Priority 3 such a big deal? 

Certain classes can fill up within minutes of open registration. JumpStart prioritizes your best interests by providing you with priority registration. Priority 3 is the highest priority level for new students, greatly increasing your chances of getting into your preferred classes.
